How will my donation be used now?
- Ongoing setup costs for Shocking Pink
- Operational expenses – operating costs of www.shockingpink.org.nz
- Programmes to raise awareness of Shocking Pink
- Programmes to raise awareness of how breast cancer affects young women
How will donations be used in the future?
- An annual grant for one young woman towards the costs of attending the C4YW Annual Conference for Young Women affected by Breast Cancer
- Programmes to help young women with breast cancer connect and support each other
- Discretionary grants to young women to support them throughout their breast cancer journey (e.g. specialist bras and swimwear, travel to appointments for out of town patients, health costs)
- Provision of counselling services for young women with breast cancer
